The problem, is that if you come to the tribunal regularly, you notice there is a standard rubric for threads made by punished players
The first post says they are innocent, or the tribunal is corrupt, or that premade control everything, or that everyone votes punish, etc etc.
Subsequent posts request reform cards, or proof of claims.
The OP responds either with zero evidence of their claims, or with a report card that doesn't match with their original complaints.
People point this out
The OP and others argue semantics IE: "Yes i called him a lot of racial slurs, but that game only had one report, and that was the only game there, it shouldn't have been in the tribunal anyways"
After a while it gets tiring. The last time I saw an anti-tribunal thread, that had solid evidence in the first post to support its complaints, was either never, or so long ago that i can't even remember. So the core issue, more or less, is that there are two userbases in the forums, the first is a high-turnover group with a TON of junkposts. The second stays a lot longer, but becomes ground down and jaded by the first group. Thus new members of group one must pay for the sins of old members of group one, and new members of group two get quickly worn down by new members of group one.
