WoW. I was playing a custom game, and I hear an old lady outside. It was my neighbor, her house was on fire. (She is super old) So I afk'd from my custom game, had to call the fire department, and wait outside for them. While taking her into my house, because it was raining outside. Then had to talk to neighbors, and the Fire company. I finally get back, see that I got banned from Idling/afking.....

I didn't think you could report in custom games

meh , write a ticket . Riot is generally very forgiving, although leave buster is not.

You are not banned for one afk offense. More than likely you afked in many ranked or normal matches and were banned for it.
