See though, not everyone will take your advice, and if they don't know what he's saying, they'll assume innocence. So by saying "skip" this guy is getting a pardon, unless he lets one of the keywords slip.

This guy got a pardon for pretty negative behavior. If you don't understand the behavior because you don't understand the language, you click skip. If you see enough negative behavior that you understand, click punish. But if you don't see negative behavior and you clearly know that the guy is talking in a language you don't know, you need to skip. Use common sense.

I would've clicked punish on that one, for the sheer amount of noobs dripping from the logs. It was pretty obvious that he was being a dick at that point.
