I have thought a lot about this suggestion I hope you like and take it to the next level.
Well basically it would be nice if there was a way that summoner's can purchase 3 or more refund's for a price around 590 RP in a sort of a "pack" I think it is fair and also to add a refund all category which would return all the IP & RP, Champions,Skins,Runes,Boosts,Bundles for 1350 RP or 1820 RP but it can be bought only 1 time for your account life.

Tell me what you think I really hope that you like it. It is very nice for summoner's to be able to have a second chance and think more on what to buy and not rush which has happened to almost all of my friends,me and maybe other people.

It would help a lot if you guys rated this thread so Riot can see and maybe also reply to me.
Feel free to comment anything and tell me if I have made any mistakes or you would like to add anything. I hope you guys liked my idea and so will Riot if they have a look to this thread.Thank you for taking your time to read this

Sure, why not? If you really want to spend more money, you should be able to.

I have no idea what you are talking about. You mean go back to a clean slate but Riot refunding all your IP and RP? They would never do this. They want you to buy new champs and skins not trade in the ones you don't like anymore. This makes no sense.
