Warmogs Nerf?

I'm just a little confused about all the tank nerfs and I was wondering if anyone else was thinking that warmogs was also a nerf?

I have mixed emotions, Yes I will miss the hp, buuuuut having garen's passive is rather nice

it was 45 before... now its 60 at 4k hp so....

It's cheaper, I don't have to stack it, and considering that its a tank item and dying is usually what a tank does, not losing stacks is much better imo.

you didn't loose stacks on death for warmogs...

I personally see the new Warmogs as pretty solid buff. Less health, but you don't have to farm up a passive. Nice unique passive and cheaper to boot.

My 2 cents.

It is cheaper.

And the regen is better than a full stacked warmogs at around 2500 hp.
