I mentioned top and support having it in that little anecdote, assuming that I was the jungler who was also wanted Runic Bulwark.
I'm guessing you just didn't catch this, but I'll take this opportunity to demonstrate some maths on how much of a waste this would be:
Runic Bulwark Aura x3 =
- 2 champions with +30 MR, 10 Armor and 10 HP regen (the ones you want to be giving MR to the most)
- 3 champions with +60 MR, 20 Armor and 20 HP regen
- A potential waste of 210 MR, 70 Armor and 70 HP regen worth of aura!
