Why can't I make posts from my desktop telling me access denied but I can post easily from my laptop not sure if I was banned of the forums or something

Forum bug. Continue to sign out and back in, and eventually it'll fix itself.

Also I heard somewhere that you should clear your cache/cookies.

Its a glitch. Just clear your cache and cookies and it will fix.
