So kogs auto atacks are long rainbows that go over every champ like his normal attack does.. So now onto what he looks like: His body would be diffrent color striped pretty much like a rainbow and Also maybe a leprechaun on his back thats it for his art it self.
Now the skills : First of all the the "q" would be a spinning rainbow Now on to his "w" his auto attacks would basically a longer rainbow. Now hes "e" would be a gold that takes the range of his e and slows. but instead its gold.
NOW THE ULTIMATE! He starts of with a rainbow And at the end OF THE RAINBOW theres A POT OF GOLD! Wich that will make them see the champs.
(Passive):His passive would be gold and rainbows that pop out of him when he explodes.
