K, fair enough.

I think my main problem with the OP is that he said "DO RUSH PD"..

...But rushing PD is only advisable on a very small minority of champions and only in very select circumstances. For all intents and purposes, BFSword -> Zeal -> Infinity Edge OR BT -> Phantom Dancer is probably the best core build, for MOST AD Carries.

Long sword and 2 pots first... You dont need boots start in solo q... Maybe learn to adc before bagging on your teammates.
