then you die 16 times in a game and spend 300+seconds dead, clearly a quarter of the game where you really weren't being offensive...

If two teemos fight each other the one with a Negaton Cloak beats the one with a Void Staff. Defence is fine, it just is no longer the answer to all your problems. Full tank champions are not long immortal and can be killed due to the pen changes.

Balanced builds are now the key, people are just too stubbon to change their ways. It's either Full damage or full tank in their minds.

These two post clearly communicate the craziness as of right now taking place imo.
