You guys are crazy if you think Riot spends any time thinking of what champions to put in the rotation. They probably have a random champion generator that makes sure it has a least one of everything. ADC, tank, support, ap. ect. Then again a week or two ago they didn't have a single ADC in their line up.

I just don't think they are hand selecting them because there is no way a person could be so fail.
