Energy bar on wards == their timer.

Since one is 15% and one is 20% I would assume so.

I believe a Wriggles ward still has the same energy bar as a regular ward, so it's not quite as helpful. Sure, subtract 180 and you get the real time, but you had to know it was a wriggles in the first place.

A red stated that they do not stack, I don't remember the reasoning. There was a direct connection to I believe Brutalizer and Ghostblade as well, and "why do these stack, if this doesn't?" The response was something like "They don't need to stack."

People don't get it much because it delays your Bloodrazors a lot.

I wouldn't get it on WW, he doesn't need say the lifesteal as much as Olaf because his Q does that and WW's physical damage is usually at half of Olaf's. Either make it a bloodrazor if your team has enough tanks or just get defensive items to fill that role.

And personally I hate it's ward, I use it on spots I wouldn't use a 90 gold ward on because of it's short duration, having a ward die out so soon after placing it at a critical spot is brutal.

I believe when Wriggles first came out, the passive stacked with Madred's passive, but I remember them fixing it one patch later.
