I don't understand the point of trading harass with an ap yi to begin with. Unless you can burst him down in between his heals CD there is no point in it to begin with, as he will out sustain you.

Beat him by understanding him as well as or better than the player using him.

Of course a stun or silence when he meditates if you can but the main thing is his Alpha strike. Watch the number of minions on your side of the field, watch how close you are to them, know that he's going to try and harass you when there are 3 or less minions left on your side of the field as soon as you get near them.

Know that if your HP is low he will flash ignite and burst you, don't let this happen. Just go back, it's not a lane you can normally win and you can't really stop him from farming but know that it's OK as long as he doesn't snowball by killing you or ganking lanes. In later fights be aware that the way he becomes a threat to everyone on your team is by getting a kill on a low ally, watch for the moment when he wants to do this and try and stop it.
