It got reworked into a magic/as item for chars like Teemo, Jax, and Kog.

Not to be a lifesteal/as item for all carry's period.

The old malady was awesome, i just used to go bersekers greaves, and 5 maladies with yi, nobody could hold me back! 75% lifesteal
