What the OP says is true....for ranked play. But there's this other way of playing, it's called "Normal". And they do it for fun....

agreed with this whole post. Riot refuses to attempt to balance out the heroes but instead they decided on this latest patch to try and buff all the heroes so we have more to pick from... absolutely ridiculous
