Riot is cracking down on toxic players in pbe.

My guess is your last game played has a Rioter in it, and you were toxic in it, so they removed you.
You don't get warnings, or a slap on the wrist on pbe (at least from what I've seen). You get perma banned.
Your thread hasn't been answered by a Red. There are lots posting in this forum, so I would imagine they've seen this, and know it's not a bug, and that it was deserved (if you weren't banned from leave buster, it was manually handed out by a rioter).
You can probably do a forum search and find a couple other threads where players have been banned from toxic behavior in games.

I have been promoted, and not banned. So have many others. This contradicts your theory that this is bug.
Your match history, wins etc prove nothing in respect to how you behave in game.
I report toxic players I encounter in pbe, if I had to guess, I would say on average it's around 2 players per game.
Players being toxic/rude/jerks to others is completely unnecessary, especially on pbe.
