Galio and his passive.

They nerfed his ap ratios because of his passive.

He does not get mr/lvl because of his passive.

So my question is, Riot makes a champ focus on a certain part, but they nerf it so that for them to even compare to other champs they have to itemize for it.

Examples: Thresh almost gains no ASPD/lvl and Galio gains no MR and nerfed ap ratios

Anyone else have a skill that a champ has that makes his stats nerfed because of it?

I think thresh doesn't get Armor/level because of his passive.

He doesn't receive any armor gains upon leveling, he's required to gain armor through collecting souls.

His passive is functionally saying, earn your armor. He scales while in lane compared to others scaling as they level. His real passive is his Q

Taric has bad mana regen because of his passive.

Rammus has low AD/armor because of his passive. Recently buffed though. Was worse.

Probably more out there.
