I always thought your PBE account should be linked to your normal account in some way, that way w/e IP you get for playing a game (obviously not the 10k IP and 4k RP) in the PBE will transfer over. Currently i have tons of fun in the PBE but when i transfer back it's like all the games i played were a waste of time, iv'e gained nothing. Also by linking them there could be like a rewards system where you get summoner icons and whatnot the more you play the PBE
