When you select Champions in the Sort By filter on the skin page of the store, it shows Vi's Neon Strike skin under Miscellaneous and doesn't show a Vi section at all.
Repro steps:
1. Log in
2. Go to the store
3. Select the skins tab
4. Select Champions in the Sort by filter (if you already own the Vi skin also select Show all in the top filter)
