At this moment I think you are one of few, if not the only one who thinks this. They just recently lowered a lot of his damage on abilities, but fixed a bug for his 1 v 1 damage. Cutthroat now appropriately applies its 3- 15 % damage amplification, but his base damages were lowered in turn.

Do you have any reason as to why you claim this? If you don't state it, I can guarantee you will just get down voted.

Play against him mid? It can be annoying if you're someone that cant handle the burst but hes still by no means OP.

BC got a nerf, as did Talon's base damage on his abilities.

Just because you lose to him one match doesn't mean he's OP.

Talon is so OP that he's invisible from most games...

Now this Kha'Zix character keeps showing up in his place....
