To celebrate Annie’s Visual Upgrade, we’re temporarily unleashing the Dark Child’s most door-slamming, parent-hating skin upon the store with the release of the upcoming patch. Goth Annie, previously only attainable as part of the League of Legends Digital Collector’s Pack, features unique spell effects, a particularly vicious and patchwork Tibbers, and more angst than your average high school drama club.

Once the patch goes live, Goth Annie will be scowling away in the in-game store until February 10, and can be picked up for 975 RP.

Hey guys – clearly a lot of you were taken aback by this. The goal here was to help out players that didn't want to have to overpay for Goth Annie (because they already owned a lot of the champions in the pack), but based on the feedback here, we’re no longer planning to release Goth Annie into the store as a standalone skin with the upcoming patch.

To anyone who was excited about the prospect of picking up Goth Annie, we’ll be looking for better ways to meet your needs as well as the needs of players who value skin exclusivity.

Cool.... kind of. I mean, the change really looks awesome from my experience with it on the PBE. Still, it will really reduce the rarity and perceived value of the skin then.

Any compensation for those who already have it due to buying the Collector's Pack in the past?

It's just that people most likely got it under the assumption it would be stuck in the Collector's Pack like "Huntress Sivir" (a.k.a. "Aboriginal Sivir") is stuck in the Gamer's Choice Pack.

In the recent past you issued a refund when you changed the price of old Legacy Legendary skins (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...90160#32590160), due to the perception that Legendary skins would never decrease in price. That was not only a classy move, but super awesome to long time fans... can we see something like this again?

I know it isn't the exact same circumstance and the compensation is hard to gauge, but anything would be appreciated. =)
