5 Speed Buff for Singed?

Not complaining about anything, else, but can his movement speed go from 345 to 350? I know it's fast as it is at the moment, but Singed's early game being especially horrible, and the fact that he needs to be right next to his enemy to do anything, and that he has no escape/flash type mechanism. I think he needs it.

Post Lv.6 gl junglers on ganking him without all the cc in the world, hes fine where he is.

How about you buy Movement Speed Quints? like all good Singed players do.

He needs to be right next to his oponent to do anything? wrong....

No escape? so having most movespeed in the match, a Ghost summoner spell and an ultimate which is basically god mode isnt enough for him to escape?


You clearly do not know how to play Singed then.
