yo kakemanz kat got dropped to tier 4 because with the recent patch pc gamer said she just cant compete with other champions in 3v3.. you can check out their comments by visiting the website

Amumu > Singed with Blackfire torch, full build Amumu has 3000 HP, 100 armor/mr, with 700 AP. His cry literally take away 10% health per second.
