Will there ever be a Black Champion???? Or is Riot racist?

I have noticed that a large number of champions are either Caucasian, or lighter skinned, animals, creatures from the Void, machines and etc. When will there ever be an African-American Champion or is Riot biased against African-Americans? Please speak whats on your mind regarding this issue. Ty

Well we were discussing skin tone, Karma is heavily based on Hinduism and that other one from those places round there....

Do you realize that the world of League of Legends is vastly different than the world we live? Riot created the world of LoL, and what if there aren't any darker skinned people/creatures on their continent that they created? Riot can created LoL, and just because they won't create an African-American doesn't make them racist.
