Ryze totally doesn't have tribal tatooes on his skin, which, by the way, was TURNED BLUE FROM MAGIC. Skin color =/= ethnicity. As if there isn't already a champion who has Afrcian traits...

Edit: Sorry, that was wrong. I guess too many people want an African-American champion instead of an African champion. African lore is so boring after all; there's no Matrin Luther King Jr. in African history.
