We’re happy to announce that League of Legends has won the Golden Joystick Online Game of the Year Award! We here at Riot Games would like to issue a special thanks to everyone who voted. It is due to the continued support of members of the community that we have once again been able to bring home another prestigious award. Receiving this honor from the longest running ceremony in gaming means a lot to everyone here in the studio.

This week saw our first year anniversary, and being able to cap it off with an award of this caliber makes this a pretty perfect Friday. As promised, we’ll be adding a Bonus Rune Page to every account soon!
