Honestly? SR players are going to take posts from Sauron, Buwberry, and some of the other top Dominion players more seriously, as many are diamond soloq players and Sauron's main team is challenger tier in TT. Gamers are pretty cliquey when it comes to game loyalty these days, so a high ranked LoL player streaming and asking people to check out high elo TT/Dominion games is going to hold more weight than any other factor. Start with ranked TT, SR players might be willing to give that a look, and then once the streamer gains some popularity start promoting Dominion. Baby steps are needed to build momentum. Frankly the only way we're going to ever see ranked is if General Discussion suddenly has a change of heart and starts a 10000 post thread demanding Dominion ranked. That's not going to happen with the DD tournaments alone, it needs to be constantly in their face reminding them it's much faster paced and more fun to play and watch.

Not trying to discredit this Fatal1ty chap as a gamer, but at most that blog post might turn a few heads outside of these sub-forums before going to back to SR esports.
