Still seeing this problem today in beginner bot games, but like mentioned it's not all the time - I saw it in about 50-60% of the charms I did.

Confirmed, half way through the charm Ryze bot would turn around and keep running.

Ahri vs Renekton Bot... 6 taunts in 12 mins... On all taunted scenarios...
Renekton Bot Walks away...

Spell Damage is accurate, but taunt doesn't work...

By taunt are you referring to her /t animation or the "taunt" CC that her charm is categorized in?

most people refer to "Charm" as "Taunt"
