Logged into PBE account and didn't get rp or ip to start with.
Played a bots game with 0/0 ip/rp, then logged out and back and see if I got the goodies but nope. Not sure if there is some other way to fix this.

just wait for a while and the 4k rp and 10k ip will show up. btw, it's really easy to use up the ip. bought 9 quints by mistake today. D:
