Wasn't the aura specifically there because of gunblade Jax / Akali and Warwick being one of the old OPs?

I thought the healing debuff was already around when those champs hit OP status? If I remember correctly, it has been part of Dom since release day. At some point it looks like riot reduced the effect to self-healing only, but that wouldn't have changed the situation for WW/Jax/Akali.

I am not against this. Sure I will hate Nunu even more, but it be nice to have a little buff for vlad, mundo, etc. This would make swain stronger though (which i think he is already decent pick), but its worth a shot.

Do this change, then remove spellvamp affecting Consume.

Maybe it's a low elo problem, but the idea of Mundo gaining even more health during his ult does not appeal to me, it's already annoying enough as it is.
