What are the universally useful runes that most people run these days?

The ones I know of:
Quints: Movement Speed, Gp per 10
Marks: Armor Penetration, Magic Penetration
Seals: Flat Armor, Gp per 10, Scaling Health
Glyphs: Scaling Magic Resist, Flat Magic Resist

Anything I'm missing?

AP Quints are popular, AD Reds and Quints are essential for starting out ADCs, Lifesteal Quints are nice for some junglers.
