What team comp does trundle work well with?

People say hes a situational pick so when should i avoid/pick him?

Trundle's skills allow other champions to use crowd control with more ease. If your team does not have much cc, dont pick trundle.

P.S. The Teemo-Singed global taunt doesn't count in this case!
