Just curious, because when I share champion ideas in GD I get snapped at to use the Player Concepts forum (which I've gotten maybe 1 or 2 replies total to my PC threads, but my GD threads actually get people seeing and responding, even if it is just to tell me to gtfo.) Yet, I see champion and skin ideas in GD all the time that get praise and admiration and even red posts, and no one tells THEM to gtfo and go to Player Concepts.

So... when is it okay and when is it not?

It's ok if your idea has a picture and doesn't suck. Otherwise, use the Player Concepts forum.
