I know that crit damage runes (and masteries) stack with I.E., and AFAIK they apply to Decieve as well. However, this is very easy to test (especially given that Decieve guarantees a crit) and I suggest you do a personal test yourself. Be sure to pay attention to such things as whether you are behind the enemy or not, as Shaco's passive will take effect.

Why third Olaf skill is complitly unscalable with stats?(according to wiki) First time see such strange issue =\

Why tristana's buster shot can knockback Olaf during Ragnarok? Is it work "as intended"?

1. This isn't an 'issue' it is working as intended. You have to remember, it doesn't scale down from enemy armor/mr like almost every other ability does. (you cant scal it up, they can't scale it down).

2. Buster Shot is not a 'disable'. I haven't seen it in game, but I am sure that Alistar's Headbutt and Blitzcrank's Grab would behave similarly.

1. well, it could be fine probably if there was no any true damage to self =\
2. this skill makes me not capable to do what hero suppose to do: killing champs in melee. For a small amount of time but still. It can buy some time to enemy champ when it shouldnt =(

Your concept of the way an ability should or shouldn't work doesn't really matter. What matters is what Riot defines an ability to be. In this case, it effects specifically disables, it's not a spell shield like Morgana's Black Shield or Banshee's Veil.

IS IT TRUE...that Deceive does NOT deal crit damage (so IE and crit dmg runes don't help it)? I heard somewhere that it was changed this a few patches ago. Like it just says 'Critical' but is not actually considered a crit.

I believe the tooltip for Shaco's Deceive ability was changed in a recent patch, but it has been confirmed that Crit Damage +% runes and items still increase the damage.
