Yup.
I wish we had 'mastery pages' like we have rune pages.

For the most part, yes.

Different masteries depending on caster, junglers, tanks, physical damage, and manaless champions.

I've also got several separate rune pages for them.

Every time. Even if it's the same champion. You will notice after time this game is pretty buggy. It takes me about 6 seconds to do all my mastery points.
