Red: Armor Pen
Yellow: I like either dodge or mp5/lev
Blue: Either Cdr/lev, Flat Magic resist, or mp5/lev if you feel like you run out of mana often.
Quints: Either more armor pen, flat hp, or swiftness

Red: Armor pen
Yellow: Mana regen/level
Blue: CDR or Magic Resist.
Quints: Flat HP. [Optional: armor pen, but the advantage of being a carry with 2K hp is better imo]
