I don't know if I'm the only one realizing this, but I've seen LOTS of Ashe arrows (about 50% of them) just passing through people when they should hit them. One of those happened to 'miss' me last game. Am I the only one seeing it?

I''ve been noticing that as well...both playing as, along side, and against her.

I've so far seen 3 recent instances where an arrow should have hit the target but apparently flew right through the champ. The most notorious instance was even confirmed by members of the opposing team.

However, I was told this isn't exactly new. There are a couple vids on youtube confirming bugged arrows. It doesn't happen often but I have witnessed a few.

Yep, that's happened to me in the last few battles I've played as her. Once it hit a Yi dead-on center but just kept flying through. It sucks.

haven't noticed the bug.. but some speed on it would be great..

You also have broken abilities like Xin's dash that just go right on through it while other movement abilities do not.
Akali's ult goes through it as well. Xin's seems to be a copy paste of it.
