What do?

When did you get this error message, and exactly what context? This isn't an error message I have ever seen League of Legends produce. Screenshots are great!

Upon entering a game, during the loading screen, game freezes and this error comes up.

EDIT: Everything on my comps bugs out when this error comes up, as you can see by the toolbar and random white spots on the browser

Make sure you have Service Pack 3 installed for Windows XP.
