@Phreak... how is ezreal balanced??

No slow, no cc, less damage than tanks while being squishy. Less damage than nukes even though he is all skillshots. One escape does not justify all of this.

So phreak, justify how in the world you claim that ezreal is balanced

Because having his Mystic Shot apply on hit effects apparently makes him super OP lawlawlawl.

TBH he has no team fight presence beyond ulting for around 400 damage. lol

<.< I've seen Ezreal's actually hit a lot harder then you think. He became quite popular for doing so for awhile.

But none of your post is really... critiquish let alone feedback, it's all opinionated and complaining to a single developer expecting them to reply to you. You do realize that doesn't usually bode well right?

I think he's not as good as someone like Corki or MF, but he is definitely on par with the other ranged carries.

How so? Have you ever played him. Sure it is possible to do good with him... but there are 5 better choices for any role you play as him

He's hard to farm with unlike almost any other ranged carry.

Play a good ezreal that has double buff and can actually hit a skillshot. Less damage than tanks? Try building AD seriously, and he has an innate escape ability. Don't even waste phreak's time with this post please.

he is absolutely dominate in a 1v1 lane. Team fight he is not. Heros that dominate lanes should not dominate team fights.

he really is up as he is right now, the time to learn and get him to have the same damage output as other heros is way too high, his theoretical damage may b on par with others, but that is assuming that you hit ALL his skillshots EVERY SINGLE TIME, now even the best ez's are never going to b able to do this so he should b scaled accordingly which he isnt.
and before everyone says i have no idea i play ez alot and is one of my fav heros (tho less since the base stat nerf)

Yes, because to be viable champions need double-buffs.
