Most specifically, PLEASE allow me to change my summoner hotkeys from A and S to 2 and 3. It is just painfully awkward to reach my fingers down instead of up, and often hinders me from using the abilities when I most need them.

You're weird.

Anyway, you can already change your hotkeys, just not in the game yet. Use search to find out how.
