Well, I guess that is what 'expect the unexpected' means. We are getting new features that they have not promised us, but none of the ones that we've been told are coming soon.

So far Riot's claims of blowing our minds have failed to deliver. I'm starting to get the feeling of another overpromised underdelivered from Riot. Ok so we got updated bot AI, that's cool, really it is. And we got Magma Chamber (still in concept because apparently Riot forgot to hire environmental 3D artists). And the tribunal which is just a beefed up rep system. That's pretty much it so far. Well so far I don't see anything crazy mind blowing there Phreak. Oh and of course we still don't have any word on features from 2 years ago, I guess Riot isn't working on anything I brought up in this thread.

When Dota2 arrives they will release the unexpected features

The only unexpected feature will be perfect server stability when 80% of people leave to play DotA2 based on the lack of replays and new maps after years of promises.

I think it is a problem of STAFF rather than inability or not wanting to enact those changes they promised.
Are they understaffed? Yeah! Is it their fault? Yeah!

The problem here starts at the top, but i really doubt they haven't released those things cause of some silly malicious reason.

I've been gone for quite a while now - and still no observer mode or better stats? Why?
It's not rocket science, stop working on overpriced champions only and focus on some other important stuff for a minute please...

I realize Riot is just ignoring this post at this point, but this is the best we can do to voice our opinion. So much for "never let it be said we don't listen".

Whatever reason it is, they still fail to deliver and definitely should not have pretended to be working on something if they never had the staff to get it done in the first place.

But different teams work on different projects, according to Riot.

AKA we are only going to release champions while teasing you nonstop.

As much as I enjoy playing this game, it is becoming lackluster. I have been here since Oct 2009, and nothing has really come out except nerfs, buffs, and more champions.

They promised too much while providing too little, big dreams with little thought.

They need to take a breather, do one a month and release more non-6300 IP champions. If people are spending IP in the first place, Riot is not making any money anyway, so there is not a huge incentive to release so many 6300 champions.
