Guide Updated

Added King build which uses Flash / Ghost instead of Heal / Ghost. This is due to the absurd need to have flash if you want to move more than half a screen away from your tower and because aggressive lane play is punished in the current state of the game due to common level two jungler ganks.

I have decided to finally update this guide. However, since all ranged AD are built and played practically the same way now that the pro scene has become so easy to follow, I decided to completely re-write the guide to be focused on Ashe as a support champion.
