Hi guys! im wondering how can we create a 3v3 or 5v5 RATED team in pvp?

Assuming you mean to compete in the Premade 5v5 and 3v3 ladders in the game, you don't actually create a team, and your rating for those premade ladders is individual. Whenever you have the appropriate number of people that are an eligible level for ranked (I believe that level 20+ can join a premade group for ranked), you just open a lobby for Ranked 5v5/3v3, invite friends, and you'll be competing in the ranked ladders.
