I think this would be an excellent idea. It will allow your team to discuss things depending on team match ups as well as pass the time for slow loaders.

I don't think its a good idea, Just gives trolls more chance to flame.

But I do see the plus side of it.

Well I was thinking more of extended the same chat thats in champ select. Would be nice. @_@ Cuz holy hell some people have long ass load times.

I think the point is to have an extended version of the queue chat.

It would be very nice yeah.
Average waiting time is 2-3 minutes, my max waiting time has been 13 minutes... Not kidding.. God, I went afk and stuff just to come back to a loading screen.

I'd support this <3 My game loads in like 15 seconds.. then I get to wait for everyone else :'(
