They should make a class of items semi-unique, something called limited for example. So instead of being unique, u can technically use two of the ability. I feel that limiting sunfire capes to 2 is better than just one, cause garen and ammumu got nerfed a little hard. Also it could be for items such as arcangel staffs. A full arcangel build is somewhat ridiculous.
