I'd like to buy the game, but I want to get the digital copy of the Collector's pack for the Annie skin.

I'd like to know if it will work on the US server. I don't care if the client is US or not because already have both clients downloaded. The codes (Or whatever they give you.) for the 10$ Riot points, the Annie Skin, the summoner runes, and the unlocked champions are what I'm interested in.
I need to know if they will work on the US server and how I will be given them after purchase. I'd also like to know this site is something Riot approves of and not someone scamming or something.
