Depends on the work place. In a politically correct cubicle farm you might get canned for saying the n word, even if you were only quoting someone or referring to the word itself in an otherwise innocuous manner. I disagree with any policy under which this would happen. On a lot of blue collar job sites? Sexist/racist jokes can be pretty common. In this specific situation, the slur in question was used spitefully, not in good fun, and is just part of a series of verbal abuse unbecoming of a representative of Riot.

If this doesn't get resolved I WILL message the racism of this company to the proper channels. That isn't a threat, this is incredibly unprofessional and needs to be taken care of immediately. Do you think your Asian customers appreciate this sort of business conduct?

well in job situations those types of jokes can be made but they are in front of those who find it funny only (or they at least intend on it being that way.) But in this situation its like working at a grocery store and spouting slurs in front of all the customers.
