I'm sure the last thing riot is going to complain about is people being creative about champions in the champions feedback section. I mean really, hes not trolling or doing anything detrimental and hes trying his best to contribute to the community with his skills and ideas. I'm not saying i particularly agree with all his characters, but hes making an effort, hes not flaming anyone, he is taking on board peoples criticisms and constructive feedback and altering his designs in the best hopes of riot adopting one of his characters, and making it fun for the community to play in the wonderous game that is LoL.

To come back to the topic:
I can understand people complaining about the massive waves of champion suggestions. Everyone wants his champion to be looked at. Everyone has the intention that his work will be integrated in any way. But that's the problem. Riot has many things to look for, like inner gameplay balance. They can't read through every new post regarding a new champion made by a forum user. But as Minaxter said, I'm just trying to be a part of the community by doing what I'm good at. Arts and having fantasy ;D And they are allowed to use, customize and change my ideas completely, so they fit into their game. But as I said, I won't expect that this will ever happen ^^
