Someone told me on the forums that Evelynn hasn't been in the free week rotation for almost two years. Is that true?

You guys should also post before the champ rotation starts the champs you will be releasing because I saw you guys do it awhile ago but have ceased. That could be very helpful for some peeple. And on that page get feedback and what people would like next week that would make it easier for you guys to see and take it into consideration.

I personally would like to see Xin Zhao after this little change plus he hasn't been free for quite some time so this would be a great opportunity to make him free!

i see that the rotation has well rotated on tuesdays, idk if its a coincidence but i like having a pattern so i know when to look forward to seeing new champions to try out (not new, just new to me).
