umm my game isnt showing the right free champs. i dont have thresh fiora or anyone. any ideas?

why dose it say champs r free on the wiki and site but then it changes when they come out

So, they didn't actually say HOW they choose the champions, just WHY they choose the champions. I just started playing and have only seen 3 champ rotations. In this time, Master Yi and Teemo have been in TWO of them. I wanted to know how they picked two champs for the same rotations in 3 weeks, but I guess they don't really want us to know. BTW, that's bs. 110 champs and I see the same ones 2 out of 3 weeks? No wonder everyone uses Teemo and Yi, apparently they're in the rotations every other week.
